"...Dad, it's time for burritos"
Yesterday me, my two younger, yet taller, sisters, and my lovely Dad went fishing and gallivanting through town.
at the Lake
(Left) My youngest sister (12) waiting for my dad (.?.) to get off the phone so they can go to Taco Bell a favorite at my house.
Part of our gallivanting consisted of taking the Boy Scouts of America's (or just the local) job for an hour or so. While the boys slept in their beds, these three musketeers and their trusted advisor (aka my dad, the man with the money and car) drove through the streets of town terrorizing those poor little boy scouts that so sadly are too short to reach the flag pole holders. I don't have a right to say anything their, considering most of the people 12 and older are taller than me... but, hey I can dream can I not?
After fishing, putting the boy scouts to shame, and listening to my younger sister beg for my dad to get burritos, he finally was outwitted (or just plain tired) from the two younger children whining for food.
He gave in...
notice the one odd table
This is how. as my little sister sat and played with the different sauce packages, I let out those three little words that no child can say no to "I dare you..", unless they wish to endure the rest of their life being considered chicken of course this was all fun and games, and no sauce packages were hurt during the making of this blog post.
"GROSS!"
"What the..."
I dared her to take down the Fire package, but I do give her slack, I mean, come on she is not this crazy little red head, that I tend to be revealed to the public as.
Well, I am heading off to church with my Good friends. I pray that God blesses your every step today.
"The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus."
God Bless,
Ruth
